Road Access
Port of Newcastle links directly with the national heavy vehicle road system.
Heavy vehicles have safe and efficient access to the port, with heavy vehicles exiting the M1 Pacific Motorway able to link with the Industrial Highway, which runs adjacent to Port of Newcastle.
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communication also provides a spatial map of national key freight routes.
